Pricing: Subject to change without notice.

Method of Payment: Major credit card (Master, Visa or Discover), prepaid by check or money order. COD - money order, cashiers check, or pre-approved company check.

Returns & Exchanges: Unused items may be returned within 30 days in the original packing. You must call for a return authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. Defective merchandise must be returned within 10 days. Virgo will assume the responsibility of return freight on defective merchandise only.

Warranties & Guarantees: All manufacturers warranties and guarantees shall apply and will be the responsibility of the manufacturer to fulfill its obligation.

Freight: All products are shipped prepaid FOB Brooklyn, NY at the most economical UPS ground rate available. Charges for freight will be added to your invoice at time of shipping. Express overnight delivery is available at the prevailing rate. Motor freight is also available on large items not accepted by UPS. No C.O.D.
